This is really hard to see - it's a screen capture from our cam's so the quality is not good. But 30 minutes
after we let Loretta and her foal outside for the first time, he fell in her food bucket! Then laid
there for about 3 minutes just as calm as he could be! What other name could he have?

It had to be! After watching Katie go round and round....and round all day - how could this little man not be nicknamed after the 100th anniversary of the Indy-500 that took place on the day of his birth. So we had a nickname - but what should his official name be?? Marestare Watcher, "Double M Reiners", offered up PPHFarm's Hot Laps! Perfecto! Thank you for the perfect name!

Indy is built solid, heavy boned like Katie and has the beautiful personality of the Windcrest Little Red Man line! Love him!

As many of you know, Linzi is the most affectionate donkey on the planet! It's in her blood, she can't help it and we just can't get enough of her hugs and kisses! When I say it's in her blood, I really mean it. It is part of the LITTLE RED MAN bloodline that is so sought after! Linzi has passed it down to every foal (if you remember Q and Hugs!) and she did not dissapoint with this one. "Sweetness" (remember the late-great Walter Peyton!?) is just adorable and his confirmation is perfect too!

This is the first foal from his sire - Jackson - and his new owners (Ass Me Y Farm) should be very proud of their herdsire!
